Conditions of Prize

Prizes cannot be transferable or exchanged for cash or any prizes

Winner must pay 5% withholding tax on the value of the prize, only cash is accepted

Winner is required to claim their prize within 30 days after announcement. Otherwise it will be waived

MG Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to use the photos and the voices of winners for communication and public relations purposes without prior notice or additional compensation to the winners as the bank sees fit

MG Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion and prizes, and to replace them with others of an equivalent value without prior notice

MG Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. shall consider every customer who participates in this promotion to have accepted all the terms and conditions

In the event of any dispute, MG Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd.’s decision shall be deemed final

Redemption the Prizes

Winner is required to claim their prize within 30 days after announcement during Feb. 19th February to 20th March 2015 at MG SALES (THAILAND) Co., Ltd. Silom Complex Building, 25th Floor, 191 Silom Road, Bangkrak, Bangkok 10500. Otherwise it will be waived

Required documents for prize redemption

The winner’s identification card and 2 copies of the winner’s identification card or passport with signature

SMS confirmation by MG

Copy of MG Authorized Dealer’s Invoice

In case of assigning authority, please present documents as follow:

A letter of assigning authority signed by the winner and a person being assigned

2 copies of winner’s identification with signature

Person being assigned authority’s identity card and 2 copies of person being assigned authority from winner with signature

Note: The winner can assign authority to a representative for prize redemption only. The right of being a winner cannot be transferred. (The winner must be the person whose name is specified in the same as MG system record only)
