MG Sales (Thailand) - the distributor of MG, the iconic British cars – is now expanding the Approved Certified Used Car by MG programme beyond Bangkok to satisfy the demands of prospective customers nationwide. Buyers of Approved Certified Used Car will be assured with MG’s superior Passion Services maintenance programme to sweeten up the deals, a special promotion is launched at the Fast Auto Show Thailand 2017.  

According to Mr. Pongsak Lertrudeewattanavong, Vice President of MG Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd., MG is also sweetening the deal with newly launched special promotions at this year's Fast Auto Show Thailand 2017 at BITEC Bang Na from 28th June to 2nd July. 

“Ever since we launched the Approved Certified Used Car by MG programme at Fast Auto Show Thailand 2016, we have received a very positive response from customers. This is attributed to our highly rigorous 200-point inspection plan to ensure every used car is not only roadworthy but is close to a brand-new vehicle as possible. MG is expanding its used car sales network nationwide to cover every region of Thailand. The first authorized MG dealership outside of Bangkok to offer Approved Certified Used Car by MG is MG Nonthaburi NCI in Nonthaburi's Bang Buathong district. This complements the Bangkok’s used car facilities at MG Wish Motors on Pradit Manutham Road and MG at Chaiyapreuk Road. 

All Approved Certified Used Car by MG programmes offer comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales service. All approved certified used cars are guaranteed to have never been in a serious accident or have structural integrity issues. The cars are also free of modifications other than those using genuine MG parts and accessories. Each approved certified used car is covered by a full one-year or 30,000 kilometre warranty that also covers 144 vehicle parts. This is also backed by an after-sales service package like what is offered to new MG car customers: Passion Service, its mobile scheduled maintenance programme, four-years of 24-hour roadside assistance, 24-hour call centre hotline and complimentary loaner vehicle option.

During the first five months of 2017 (January – May), MG's total sales is at 4,584 units which represents a significant increase of over 50% compared to the same period last year. Broken down by model type, the best-selling MG3 sold 2,790 units, the latest MG GS 1.5-litre sports SUV sold 732 units, the MG5 726 units, MG6 236 units and the MG GS 2.0-litre 100 units.
